The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced Class Teacher, who will be a key member of a successful and hard-working team who strive for nothing less than excellence for the children of St Andrew’s C.E Primary School.

In July 2023, Ofsted’s inspection report, graded the school as ‘Good’ overall with ‘Outstanding’ for our Behaviour and Attitudes.  The opening paragraph from the Ofsted report reads: “Pupils at St Andrew’s thrive in the warmth and kindness that threads through the work of staff and leaders”.

• Has enthusiasm, drive and the ability to be engaging
• Has excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• Will set high expectations and deliver high standards  
• Will consult and communicate effectively with all members of the school community 
• Will maintain and promote the Christian ethos of the school
