Year 4 is taught by Mr Henshaw and Mrs Pennington.

Useful Information
PE
PE days this half term are:
Tuesday and Thursday.
Please ensure your child comes to school wearing their full PE kit on these days.
(In the autumn term, from the week commencing 14th September our only PE day will be on a Tuesday as this is our day for swimming. A letter with more information about swimming will be sent home.)
Bags
Children may use a book bag or a draw string bag. No rucksacks please.
Reading
Year 4 children are expected to read at home at least three times each week. Reading books from our school scheme will be changed on a Monday and Friday. Please can you sign their logs to confirm that they have read. Reading logs will be checked every Friday.
Times Tables
Children will be given their times tables book every Friday. The times tables book needs to be returned the following Friday. Children are expected learn times tables at home every week.
In Year 4, children will take part in a times table check in June. Children are expected to use Times Table Rockstars to practise at home as well as having opportunities in school to practise their skills. Thank you for supporting your child with this.
Coats
Currently it is expected that every child should bring a coat for the changing weather conditions.
